1. What does a VIP Hospitality ticket include?
A VIP Hospitality ticket is the combination of a regular ticket and a catering service, depending on the hospitality package purchased.
2. I already have a ticket for a game, can I buy access to the Hospitality room?
No, It is not possible to purchase Hospitality as an upgrade.
3. I bought a ticket, but I would like to change seats: is it possible to change it once the purchase is completed?
No, once the purchase process has been completed, the ticket cannot be changed.
4. What do I need to enter the stadium?
To enter the stadium, you must be in possession of a valid identity document and an entrance ticket.
Without the documentation listed above, access to the stadium will not be allowed and the ticket cannot be refunded.
5. Do children also need a ticket/season ticket to access the Hospitality areas?
Yes, but they must be in possession of a valid VIP Hospitality ticket.
1. What should I do if I can't eat certain foods for religious, personal or allergic reasons?
All proposed menus will offer a wide variety of dishes and cannot be changed.  The allergens will be clearly indicated in the composition of each dish.
2. Are drinks included in the VIP Hospitality package?
Yes, the package includes both food and drinks (Water, Wine and Coffee).
3. Can I know what the menu will be?
Yes, the menu will be attached to the match program that we will send you close to the match day.
1. When should I arrive at the stadium?
A match program will be sent close to the match date, with all the details.
However, we recommend arriving well in advance of kick-off in case of pre-match hospitality; on the contrary, to arrive close to the kick-off in case of post-match hospitality.
2. If I purchase a Hospitality package, is parking guaranteed?
No, parking is not included in the VIP Hospitality package.
