2. Since when has the online sale of car parks been active?

Online sales are generally active from about ten days before the game.

3. Where are the parking lots for which I purchase the car pass located?

The car passes available for online purchase concern the parking areas located in the forecourt of the stadium and in the immediate vicinity. There is a parking area reserved for buses and an area dedicated to guest fans. The parking map is available on the purchase site, with all the details.

4. What do I need to buy a parking pass?

To purchase online, you must have a credit card and an email address on which to receive the car pass.

5. Are there free parking areas for the disabled?

In the parking areas adjacent to the stadium there are parking areas reserved for holders of a special ticket that allows you to occupy the parking spaces for the disabled, however these are reserved for holders of accreditation for the day's event, as they are located next to the entrance to the reserved stadium to disabled fans.

2. Do I have to send a refund request?

No, if you have purchased online it is not necessary, the cancellation of the tickets and the contextual refund are automatic.

If you have purchased at the Casa Milan ticket office, however, you must request the refund at the point of sale, presenting the necessary documentation.

3. How will tickets purchased with the old price list be refunded?

Cancelled tickets will be refunded in different ways, depending on the purchase channel:
  • Tickets purchased online on singletickets.acmilan.com: the amount will be automatically charged to the credit card ceiling used to pay for the order;

  • Tickets purchased at the Casa Milan ticket office: the purchaser must go to the counter again with a copy of the tickets purchased in order to obtain the refund. If you are unable to go in person, you can delegate another person who must present a copy of the tickets purchased, a written proxy and a copy of the ticket holder's identity document.

4. How will tickets purchased online be refunded?

For refunds handled at Casa Milan, the amount is disbursed in cash at the time of the request.
